Montezuma County is located in the far southwestern corner of
Colorado, bordering the states of Utah to the west, New Mexico to the south, and diametrically touching Arizona
at Four Corners. Cortez is its county seat and largest city. Montezuma County is home of the Ute Mountain Indian Reservation, Mesa Verde National Park and McPhee Reservoir.
